Great location, recommend you rent a motorcycle or a car since it's an uphill walk. Very relaxing and quiet here. George accommodated me with a very awkward arrival/checkin time and also gave me a extremely late checkout out time since my flight out was at 1:20am. Would stay here again.

We loved Studio Paz. We rented a motorcycle in town and enjoyed using the pool during the day and heading to town at night. We utilized the Spa on Pelican Eyes ground, as well as the restaurants AND room service. Our stay was during what is considered the "low season" but we liked this even more because it felt at times that we had the entire grounds at Pelican Eyes to ourselves. Maybe saw 1 or 2 people occasionally at one of the pools, this made the value even more worth it! We have been to

Casa de Cooper sits atop a hill and has sweeping view of the bay, Jesus Cristo and the green and lush countryside. Upon arrival, Gabriel warmly welcomed us (my 17yr old son and myself), to Estudio Paz. He showed us around, explained how the A/C worked, the TV, and the safe. He thoroughly answered all my questions. It was really nice to have him on the property during the day for most of our stay. The unit itself is beautifully appointed. The kitchen was well equipped and the shower was amazing!

Coopers place was perfect. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer. The hotel grounds are luxurious and secluded, yet also very close to town to experience the local culture and delicious food of Nicaragua. I would definitely go back.

This was our first Nicaraguan experience....one we won't forget! The accommodations at Casa Cooper ( Studio Paz) were awesome! No detail was overlooked. Everything was beautiful and in perfect order. We also enjoyed the spacious patio were we watched the most beautiful sunsets we had ever seen. The patio provides the perfect view of the valley and the ocean! I recently spent 11 nights at Estudio Paz with a friend. This is probably the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. The patio is just as fabulous as it looks in the pictures, and we spent a lot of time out there. I can't say enough about the spectacular views! This is the perfect place for two people. I can't think of anything that was lacking. It was great having the kitchen, complete with anything you need for cooking (including a blender for whipping up some frozen rum drinks!). Gabriel,

Little place of paradise after a day in the ocean .

Estudio Paz was amazing! The place is exactly as described and as one of our party put it, "The shower alone is life changing!" The place is clean, modern and comfortable. The caretaker was only steps away and took care of anything that needed to be addressed. We would definitely rent from here again. I didn't realize the place was as compact as it is, which suited my little family well. This place was postcard perfect and we can't wait to make it back here again!

The studio is well appointed with a nice balcony to enjoy the impressive sunsets or BBQ. The owner and staff are very helpful and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The studio has an great layout and the kitchen is easy to cook in or make a quick snack. The only downside of this location is that there are a lot of stairs to get to the downtown area, but there is a shuttle from the hotel that helps avoid this hike during regular hours. I highly recommend this place!
