We genuinely enjoyed our 3 night stay at Casa Del Cooper! We had a large group and the staff was very accommodating and kind. The house itself is beautifully designed and built, every detail is thought of. We met the Owner, George right away he was very kind and hooked the men at the house up with some incredible cigars. We would have to write an epic novel to fully explain how amazing our experience was in Nicaragua and specifically at Casa de Cooper :). The house was absolutely gorgeous inside and out and so spacious for our family of 4 adults/4 children. We loved the beautiful architectural details especially the bathroom sinks, which were carved out of stone. The kids loved the pool, which they couldn't wait to get back to after our daily excursions to town or the local beaches. The views from the many

Casa Cooper is a great place to be. I have just returned from a 3 week stay at the house and can report that is is a wonderful experience. While San Juan Del Sur is quite the crusty place, Casa Cooper is just the opposite...it is clean, quiet, efficient and there are terrific views out of every window. Casa de Cooper is a great place to stay in San Juan Del Sur. It's location is very convenient to town but you sit above it with beautiful views of the ocean and valley. The home itself is very nicely appointed and we did not have anything we needed that was not provided. The showers deliver consistent hot water, the generator insured that we did not lose power all the time, and the beds were really comfortable. Wonderful location inside Pelican Eyes Resort. Terrific host, great views, as well as access to Pelican Eyes swimming pools, restaurant and bars. The home is comfortable, private and beautiful. We will return!

Myself, husband and two friends stayed at Casa Cooper in June. The house was beautiful with great design features throughout. It was so spacious and had all the modern things you need. It is a short walk downhill to San Juan town. This house gives you all the comforts while still being close to the action. It also has all the amenities of the pelican eyes resort which was great for using the pool, restaurant and bar when we wanted to stay closer to home. Gabriel the manager was so helpful with
